Built in the 18th century as a rural summer holiday manor house for a gently born family, Quinta do Torneiro is well preserved, both inside and outside. Ceilings are high and artistically crafted, stunning 250-years old hand-painted tiles (azulejos) cover the walls of all main rooms. Secular trees provide shade and tranquility in the spacious central courtyard, a beautiful small chapel harmoniously complements the set.

Main building offers multiple and connected rooms, there are three garden options, a covered terrace and a large free parking area – only a few minutes from the international airport and the historical center of Lisbon. With capacity for 20 to 250 people, Quinta do Torneiro suits all kind of events: weddings, corporate, birthday parties, video set and anything else your imagination may ask for…
 

At Quinta do Torneiro we don't offer just an empty house. Yes, our lawn courtyards, and our ceilings, floors and wall tiles are beautiful - so we’re very proud of them… But we know how the right furniture is key to a successful event. So, we have the best tables, chairs, lounge sofas and decor items that suit perfectly your needs and our venue!  We want you to feel at home and welcome your guests in a beautiful place, in a happy mood. We’ll do everything needed to make you feel you’re organizing your wedding in Portugal as if you were at home…
